This morning I wanted a smoothie - a creamy, vanilla-y, spicey smoothie, to be exact. So this is what I came up with. Hope you try it - it was SO good and exactly what this pregnant mama wanted! :)
Banilla Spice Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon tahini butter
3 tablespoons coconut milk (I used the thick, canned stuff)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (*or a small sliver of fresh ginger)
